What is CyberAudit-Web On-Demand (COD)?

It enables small, medium, and large businesses and government to manage their CyberLocks and CyberKeys anytime, anywhere over a browser with a secure connection. Since there's no software to purchase and maintain, COD offers our customers an effective way to reduce the total cost of ownership.

Training

iCrescendo strives to educate their customers so they completely understand the CyberLock System. To do this, iCrescendo provides on-site training during the initial phase of CyberLock installation and online webinars should a customer request another “train-a-trainer” training. Training covers both Software and Hardware aspects of the CyberLock System. Training involves several key people:

  • CyberLock System Administrator responsible for managing keys
  • Administrator Assistant
  • Information Technology (IT)

Training requires a good Internet connection, laptops/computers with a USB port and Java application for
each person attending the training. Training is not limited to a certain number of persons in one session.

 

Implementation

To ensure the highest quality delivered to our customers, iCrescendo follows strict guidelines throughout implementation, such as:

  • Making sure all locks are compatible with customer’s specifications
  • Helping customers identify door locations and names
  • Providing the list and guidelines for key holders and their access privileges
  • Organizing a kick-off meeting with all stakeholders

iCrescendo understands that many customers require different levels of access. iCrescendo will work with the designated liaisons to capture important applicable business rules to configure CyberAudit-Web software. Several key people required to attend during implementation are:

  • CyberLock System Administrator
  • Administrator Assistant
  • Designated CyberLock Champions between the users / keyholders
  • Installation Crew
 

Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA)

CyberLock is designed for indoor and outdoor applications. Some outdoor applications may take more of a beating from mother nature than others. CyberLock is designed to withstand these impacts and is further insured by the maintenance of both CyberKeys and CyberLocks.

iCrescendo offers a Preventive Maintenance Package that covers both CyberKeys and CyberLocks. Part of it provides the necessary items for CyberKey's wear and tear, such as batteries, tips, and brushes.

iCrescendo also offers our customers the options of maintaining the upkeep of the CyberLocks within their premises. By working with a representative from the customer’s side, iCrescendo will ensure all CyberLocks are maintained properly.

Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

iCrescendo is committed to our customer’s total satisfaction while implementing the CyberAudit-Web software. The SMA covers a multitude of software updates and support, such as:

  • Software Updates
  • Help Desk Support
  • Up to two (2) trainings for new CyberLock Administrators

SMA is a contract that runs one (1) year at a time and must be purchased along with a new product. SMA will also apply to product upgrade. For example, if you choose to upgrade from CyberAuditWeb-Professional to CyberAuditWeb-Enterprise, the same SMA will apply to Enterprise.


Three main benefits of purchasing SMA with your CyberAuditWeb-Professional:
1. Maintain CyberLock System Integrity
Keep your software up-to-date with the latest release. We will notify you when a new update is available and help you install and test. You might decide to upgrade to a new operating system but you are not sure of its impact on the CyberAuditWeb-Professional software. Our technical support will be available to help you with verification and migration.
2. Maintain CyberLock System Administrator Knowledge
Your trained CyberLock System Administrator might be re-assigned to a different role and you will need to train the new CyberLock System Administrator. Simply call us and our technical support will conduct the training, bringing the new CyberLock System Administrator up to speed.
3. Provide Help Desk Support
SMA frees up your IT Department's valuable resources to support CyberAuditWeb-Professional system. Your employees can call us Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time when they have issues or questions with their CyberLock System.
