Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
iCrescendo is committed to our customer’s total satisfaction while implementing the CyberAudit-Web software. The SMA covers a multitude of software updates and support, such as:
- Software Updates
- Help Desk Support
- Up to two (2) trainings for new CyberLock Administrators
SMA is a contract that runs one (1) year at a time and must be purchased along with a new product. SMA will also apply to product upgrade. For example, if you choose to upgrade from CyberAuditWeb-Professional to CyberAuditWeb-Enterprise, the same SMA will apply to Enterprise.
Three main benefits of purchasing SMA with your CyberAuditWeb-Professional:
1. Maintain CyberLock System Integrity
Keep your software up-to-date with the latest release. We will notify you when a new update is available and help you install and test. You might decide to upgrade to a new operating system but you are not sure of its impact on the CyberAuditWeb-Professional software. Our technical support will be available to help you with verification and migration.
2. Maintain CyberLock System Administrator Knowledge
Your trained CyberLock System Administrator might be re-assigned to a different role and you will need to train the new CyberLock System Administrator. Simply call us and our technical support will conduct the training, bringing the new CyberLock System Administrator up to speed.
3. Provide Help Desk Support
SMA frees up your IT Department's valuable resources to support CyberAuditWeb-Professional system. Your employees can call us Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time when they have issues or questions with their CyberLock System.
