Can I upgrade my current software?

Yes, iCrescendo will assist you in migrating your current database to the CyberAudit-Web Enterprise.

Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?

Yes, data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one disk or server fails, nothing will be lost and the system will not go down. Our uptime is over 99%.

Is CyberAudit-Web On-Demand reliable, secure, and confidential? Is our data safe? Where is the data hosted?

We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art redundant server cluster is hosted and professionally managed by Wowrack, a recognized leader in high-end hosting. You can read about their zero-downtime network and data center or take a virtual tour of their data center to learn about physical security, power backup, and network routing equipment.

We maintain the servers, the security, and all the updates/improvements so you don't have to worry about anything.

What is SSL and will it keep my communications absolutely secure?

SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. The protocol allows COD to securely communicate in a way that is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or communications forgery. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions. In COD’s case, SSL keeps your communications absolutely secure.

Can we install CyberAudit-Web on our own server?

We don't offer installable versions of CyberAudit-Web. CyberAudit-Web is sold as a server appliance to ensure high reliability and availability. Please call us if you are considering to own and maintain this Enterprise application.

Do you provide phone support?

We provide unlimited support via email and telephone for our paying customers. We also make sure one of the company owners or a lead developer answers each email and call. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ low paid, unqualified support staff.

Can you customize CyberAudit-Web reports for us?

Yes, we can help you generate customized reports.

Are there signup fees? Termination fees? Any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. We think one-time extra fees aren't the right way to do business. We don't charge signup fees, termination fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the plan you've chosen.

How does your refund policy work?

COD is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed every month for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.

Do you have special pricing for non-profits, universities, or other groups?

We believe everyone is entitled to the best possible price we can offer. We do make exceptions based on extraordinary circumstances (e.g. Hurricane Katrina to help coordinate supplies and other related operations).

How much does it cost?

Your start-up cost varies depending on your current system. It covers the following items and services:

• COD Starter Kit: Grand Master Key and IR Encoder
• Data Migration from CyberAudit to Enterprise
• Training & Implementation

Your monthly cost depends on the number of keys and locks stored in our database. Please call us to get a quote.

How do I sign up?

Please fill out this form to get started. Have a credit card on hand (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) to set up automatic recurring payment.

Your First Charge - When you sign up, your first charge is based on the number of keys and locks you initially specified.

Your Monthly Charge - Each month on your billing date, you are charged in advance based upon the number of keys and locks you had in your account during the previous monthly billing period.

For government agencies, we also accept Purchase Orders.

Will the price increase over time?

While we don’t anticipate price increases any time soon, we will communicate to you any increase two months in advance. You will always have the option to purchase the system and manage it yourself. You can also purchase the service for up to 3 years at a time to lock in the current price.
